CONSTRUCTION
The GarageLite features a one-piece, heavy wall, vandal-resistant 443 alloy cast aluminum housing with a removable polycarbonate drop dish prismatic diffuser. The housing has heavy-duty outside mounting ears for surface mounting. (For vandal-prone areas, mounting ears can be eliminated and mounting holes can be drilled inside the box for concealed mounting.) All hardware is corrosion-resistant or stainless steel.
LENS:
Vandal-Resistant Prismatic Polycarbonate lens is designed for Type V lighting distribution and is secured to the aluminum housing for easy access to electronics.
LED LIGHT ENGINE:
MagniFlood’s unparalleled light engines are designed to be the best in the industry. Our engineers have developed heat-dissipating technology that increases LED life. The GarageLite LED is designed to facilitate in-place maintenance when required. Our Mag-LED engines are UL component listed and the luminaire is UL 1598 listed. All luminaires are pre-wired and factory tested. The LED engines operate from 120-277volts.
MOUNTING
The GarageLite is designed to mount over a recessed electrical box through a threaded opening in the rear of the housing. An optional housing with four external cast tabs can be used to for flushed mounting to any surface. Side or rear knockouts are available in 1/2”, 3/4”, or 1”. MagniFlood can fabricate custom cover plates to close up existing holes in a canopy if requested.

FINISH
Standard finish is TGIC acrylic powder coat in MagniBlack. Other colors are available from the factory on request.
