CONSTRUCTION
The SIGNLITE LED is a low-profile, high-efficiency luminaire designed for a variety of illumination types depending on the optics that are installed. The addition of cast vertical ribs on the back of the housing ensures proper heat dissipation for the life of the fixture. The cast aluminum door frame and housing form seats perfectly together forming a heavy-duty luminaire suited for the harshest environments. The fixture door is pinned with stainless steel R spring pins to allow the user to easily remove the door for maintenance or repair. Spring steel latches allow for toolless entry into the housing for full access to all of the internal components including the self-contained (LEDs and power supply) removable LED driver tray. If maintenance is needed, just pop out the tray and replace it with a new spare tray. If the customer chooses to mount on 2″ pipe – there are two internal pipe clamps that secure the fixture utilizing a proprietary casting technique
LENS
The lens is 1/4” clear tempered soda lime glass and silicon sealed into the door frame. Tempered glass if broken breaks into small granules instead of sharp shards.
LED LIGHT ENGINE
The UL-listed LED light engines are manufactured in MagniFlood’s MAG-LED automated pick-and-place facility. Depending on the application and power requirements we have a variety of light engines that are utilized to accomplish the customers’ requests. Combining our decades of LED experience and precise thermal management, we are able to provide better LED life expectancy. Reducing the need for maintenance and repair compared to other LED fixtures. Our Luminaires use Mate-in-Loc quick disconnects to separate the power from the LED tray.
Drivers are capable of using 120~277VAC.
MOUNTING
The luminaire is mounted using heavy-duty 3/16 aluminum plates slotted brackets which allow the fixture to be positioned for short or long forward throw light patterns. Custom brackets are available to fit special mounting requirements. The luminaire is also outfitted with internal mountings for 2-in pipe.
(Customer must specify pipe mounting at time of order)

FINISH
Standard finish is TGIC acrylic powder coat in MagniGray, MagniBronze, MagniBlack. Other colors and finishes available from factory upon request.
