CONSTRUCTION
The cast aluminum body attaches to the door frame with (2) stainless steel screws. The fixture’s housing is powder-coated inside and outside. Heat sink ribs are cast into the backside of the housing to allow all thermal energy to dissipate into the air. The pedestal easily fastens onto a rectangular mounting base. The fixture’s wiring extends from the pedestal bottom to ensure easy installation. All hardware is stainless steel for corrosion resistance.
LENS:
The lens is clear with UV stabilized and impact-resistant polycarbonate.
LED LIGHT ENGINE:
Our custom LED module utilizes top-of-the-line 3030 (3mm square) LEDs. Each module is tested in-house to ensure proper lumen and color consistency. Each module is laser marked with a bin and manufacturing information for traceability. Our modules use top-quality metal core PCB for increased thermal dissipation.
FINISH
The standard finish is TGIC acrylic powder coat in MagniBronze. Other colors available from the factory on request
